  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive transition plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute transition projects on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the transition process.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

What you need to succeed

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing complex transition projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and softwarecomfortable to work in a multicultural SSC environment,
  • self-starter attitude,
  • travel occasionally within Europe for trainings and transition purpose.
