Make an impact
- Employee support: serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding P&O administration and operations-related inquiries,
- Employee lifecycle administration: manage and administer end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (prepare and issue employee documentation: employment contracts and amendments, employer certificates and verification letter; support with administrative requests related to benefits, tax allowances; coordinate occupational health examinations),
- New hire onboarding and induction: organize and facilitate induction sessions for new employees,
- P&O administration and documentation management: perform P&O administrative tasks and ensure compliance with document retention and data protection requirements (filing, scanning, digitally storing and archiving documentation),
- Process improvement and continuous development: participate in the review, optimization, documentation and implementation of (new) P&O operational processes.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred,
- Understanding of employment lifecycle processes and HR administration,
- Organizational and administrative skills with confidentiality and professionalism,
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Experience with ticketing systems and reporting tools.
