Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support for KUKA AMR products , focusing on simulation , commisioning, service and maintenance.  
  • Collaborate with sales teams to conduct pre-sales project simulations, technical consultations, and competitive analyses.
  • Monitor, report, and resolve on-site product and technical issues efficiently, working closely with technical teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead on-site project implementation.
  • Conduct trainings , workshops for customers on-site and/or at KUKA App center.
  • Conduct workshops and prepare technical bulletins for internal team.
  • Identify possibilities to sell KUKA AMR products and services and promptly inform responsible persons with full details.

 

What you need to succeed

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electric/Electronic, Mechatronic, Control and Automation Engineering or equivalent degree.
  • At least 2 years experience in simulation and project commissioning of mobile robotic applications.
  • Experience in automation systems (PLC, HMI…), networks , offline simulation, fleet management.
  • KUKA Robot usage and programming experience is plus.
  • Driving license.
  • English language skills are essential.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • May travel abroad when necessary.
