Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support for KUKA AMR products , focusing on simulation , commisioning, service and maintenance.
- Collaborate with sales teams to conduct pre-sales project simulations, technical consultations, and competitive analyses.
- Monitor, report, and resolve on-site product and technical issues efficiently, working closely with technical teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead on-site project implementation.
- Conduct trainings , workshops for customers on-site and/or at KUKA App center.
- Conduct workshops and prepare technical bulletins for internal team.
- Identify possibilities to sell KUKA AMR products and services and promptly inform responsible persons with full details.
What you need to succeed
Requirements:
- Degree in Electric/Electronic, Mechatronic, Control and Automation Engineering or equivalent degree.
- At least 2 years experience in simulation and project commissioning of mobile robotic applications.
- Experience in automation systems (PLC, HMI…), networks , offline simulation, fleet management.
- KUKA Robot usage and programming experience is plus.
- Driving license.
- English language skills are essential.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- May travel abroad when necessary.
