Make an impact
- Coordinate end-to-end international assignments, including short-term, long-term, permanent transfers, and business travel,
- advise employees and managers on mobility policies, compliance considerations, procedures, and best practices,
- partner with relocation vendors, immigration providers, and tax consultants to ensure timely and compliant execution,
- ensure adherence to immigration laws, tax regulations, and labor laws in host and home countries,
- maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and reporting,
- support the development and continuous improvement of global mobility policies and practices
- benchmark industry practices and recommend enhancements,
- work closely with P&O Business Partners and Managers,
- act as a point of contact for employees throughout their relocation journey and work abroad,
- track mobility metrics and provide insights to HR leadership,
- prepare reports on assignment costs, trends, and compliance status.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,
- 3+ years of experience in international mobility, global HR operations, or expatriate management,
- strong knowledge of immigration, tax, and labor regulations related to global mobility,
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively,
- experience with HRIS and mobility management systems is a plus,
- fluency in English; German language is an advantage,
- cross-cultural sensitivity and global mindset,
- problem-solving and negotiation skills,
- project management experience,
- familiarity with relocation software or platforms.
