Make an impact

  • Manage configuration, customization, and lifecycle of the Service Management platform,
  • implement ITIL-aligned modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset and Service Catalog,
  • ITIL Foundation knowledge,
  • manage Workflow automation rules, orchestration, SLAs, custom fields,
  • configure Forms, ticket layouts, business rules, service catalog items, email templates,
  • maintain CMDB integrity and ensure accurate asset and service data,
  • design and deploy automated workflows for ticket routing, approvals, and notifications,
  • integrate IT Service Management tool with ERP, HR, and monitoring tools for end-to-end process automation,
  • enable AI-driven features (e.g., Service Bot) for self-service and predictive support,
  • partner with ITAM team for asset lifecycle automation and reporting,
  • nonitoring tool health and license usage,
  • ensuring catalog quality and standardization,
  • user & Role Management,
  • authentication Integration.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,
  • 3+ years of experience in IT operations, ITAM, ITSM, or end-user services,
  • proven experience in ITSM platform engineering (Feshservice, ServiceNow, LeanIX, Jira or similar),
  • ITIL Foundation knowledge,
  • expertise in workflow automation and API integrations,
  • excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills,
  • proactive mindset to automate and simplify processes,
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus).
