Make an impact
- Planning, organization and control of IT projects in close coordination with the involved departments and the sponsors,
- ensuring the success of the project while adhering to agreed time, quality and budget targets,
- leading the project team throughout the entire project life cycle,
- management of external service providers and software suppliers,
- active stakeholder management,
- participation in the optimization of internal processes as well as the further development of project management, change management methods and standards.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics or comparable education,
- proven experience in managing IT projects as a Project Manager,
- relevant certifications/training in the area of project, program and change management e.g. IPMA Level C or D resp. PMI,
- strong decision making, analytical and problem solving skills,
- high level of communication and assertiveness,
- agile mindset, willingness to learn and open-mindedness towards change,
- good knowledge of M365 and relevant project management tools,
- good English and German language skills, both written and spoken.
