  • Coordinates the planning, the management and the execution of multiple projects
  •  Supports the Portfolio Management in the optimization of the overall resource use and in ensuring programs and projects continue to meet the overall strategic objectives and deliver expected business outcomes and benefits
  •  Supports the Project Portfolio governance body
  •  Develops Project Management skills within the IT organization through training and coaching/mentoring
  •  Owns the program and project management frameworks, templates and procedures; is responsible for ensuring they are fit for purpose and continue to be best practice; advises on tailoring templates and procedures to achieve appropriate project structure
  •  Selects, implements, owns and supports PPM tools
  •  Support adoption of project and program management processes; advises on the available standards, procedures, methods, tools and techniques
  •  Conducts reviews and audits of projects and programs to ensure quality of deliverables and conformance to defined PM standards, recommends changes where necessary
  •  Performs centralized project and program performance tracking and reporting
  •  IT resource planning to ensure optimal allocation and utilization across all initiatives
  •  Budget planning and controlling of all initiatives

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor or master degree in business administration or business informatics or comparable education
  • Proven experience in managing IT projects and/or Portfolio Management
  • Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating multiple concurrent projects and programs
  • Background in resource planning, budget planning, and financial controlling across initiatives
  • Strong experience in project and program performance tracking, KPI definition, and reporting
  • Strong decision making, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience with PPM tools (selection, implementation, ownership, and ongoing support)
  • Proven experience supporting portfolio governance bodies and senior decision-makers
  • High level of communication and assertiveness
  • Agile mindset, willingness to learn and open-mindedness towards change
  • Good knowledge of M365 and relevant project management tools
  • Good English language skills, both written and spoken
