Responsibilities
You will undergo a training period during which you will become familiar with our products and applications. After that, as a member of the Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for the preventive maintenance and repair of our robots at customer locations.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the professional execution of maintenance tasks and communicate in a highly effective and efficient manner with customers and colleagues:
- Carry out elektromechanical maintenance activities to KUKA robots under detailed technical specifications
- You will be responsible for preparing maintenance reports.
- Troubleshoot basic technical or operational problems to ensure the highest level of continuity.
- Respond to basic and advanced customer issues, such as returns, exchanges, and complaints; escalate appropriately.
- Demonstrate features/attributes of the product/service, periodically linking the benefits to the customer's key challenges.
- Provide advanced product/service information.
- Interview the customer, using a simple sales questions, to clarify the customer's requirements.
- Follow the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate risks and to safeguard the environment and the well-being of self and others.
What you need to succeed
Application Requirements
- You have a technical secondary education diploma (MTS level 4) in a relevant field such as electromechanics, industrial maintenance techniques, etc.
- You have no objections to traveling within the Benelux
- You are comfortable with occasionally staying in hotels near our customers to minimize travel time.
- Hands-on, flexible (no 9-5 mentality)
- Punctual and highly responsible.
- Interest in both electricity and mechanics.
- Able to work independently, customer-friendly, and efficiently.
- Knowledge of English is essential, other languages are a plus.
