KUKA BENELUX is hiring:
A Business Developer AMR to strengthen the current Sales Team in the promotion and sale of mobile robotics products (AMR).
The position includes the following main responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities in the AMR sector;
- Develop the AMR business across Benelux, ensuring maximum visibility of the product in the assigned market;
- Manage commercial relationships with both new and existing customers through on-site visits throughout the country, with a focus on customer retention;
- Identify customer needs related to AMR and develop suitable proposals to meet those needs;
- Conduct sales negotiations, including complex ones, drafting offers independently and/or with support from the Inside Sales Team;
- Develop commercial strategies aimed at increasing company revenue;
- Perform reporting activities using CRM tools;
- Collaborate with Sales colleagues from various Industry sectors with a One Funnel and Customer Centricity approach;
- Coordinate with TSS Team colleagues to identify technical solutions aligned with customer requirements;
- Participate in international meetings with Field Sales/Business Developers from different EMEA countries;
- Maintain regular coordination with the Key Technology Manager and EMEA Region contacts regarding the AMR business and products.
What you need to succeed
We are seeking a graduate in a technical discipline or with equivalent background (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electronics), or a candidate with solid technical experience who is motivated to grow in a commercial role.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Proficiency in main IT tools, including Office applications and CRM software (Salesforce preferred);
- Open-mindedness and professional curiosity;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Organizational, planning, and control abilities;
- Proactivity, goal orientation, precision, autonomy, flexibility, and team spirit;
- Willingness to learn.
