Make an impact

  • Digital Workplace Strategy
    • define and execute the IT workplace vision aligned with business goals and hybrid work models,
    • drive innovation in digital tools, atuomatio, and user-centric services,
  • IT Operations & Service Delivery
    • lead the delivery of IT support services, including 2nd level support, device lifecycle management, printer management and end-user computing,
    • ensure high availability, performance, and security of workplace technologies,
  • Phone System & Productivity Tools
    • oversee the deployment and optimization of phone system solution (MS Teams telephony),
    • promote adoption and effective use of digital tools across the organization,
  • User Experience & Satisfaction
    • champion a user-first approach to IT services, measuring and improving digital employee experience,
  • Security & Compliance
    • ensure endpoint security, data protection, and compliance with IT policies and regulatory requirements,
    • collaborate with Cyber Security Teams to manage risks in the workplace environment,
  • Leadership & Team Management
    • lead and develop a high-performing, global IT Workplace team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation,
    • manage vendor relationships and contracts related to workplace technologies and services,
  • Audits
    • support Audits and certifications (e.g. ISO27001, TISAX etc.),
    • prepare documentation.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,
  • 8+ years of experience in IT operations, digital workplace, or end-user services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role,
  • proven experience managing enterprise endpoint management (Windows & Linux), 2nd level support, and collaboration platforms e.g. MS Intune, Baramundi, M365,
  • strong understanding of hybrid work environments, ITIL practices, and modern workplace trends (e.g. Azure Virtual Desktop),
  • In-depth knowledge of IT basic infrastructure (Active Directory, EntraID, DNS, DHCP etc.)
  • basic Security & Compliance knowledge,
  • experience in scripting with PowerShell, VBScript, Batch, Python, Ruby or other languages,
  • excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills,
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus).
