Own the Learning Platform Behind a Global HR Transformation
A global learning landscape is being rebuilt at KUKA, creating a unique opportunity to shape how thousands of employees develop their skills across countries, functions, and business segments. As part of this transformation, we are evaluating and evolving our learning technology landscape and are looking for a specialist who can take ownership of our future Learning Management System (LMS).
The Role
Based in Budapest within Digital HR, you will act as the functional expert for KUKA's learning technology landscape. In the near term, you will support the transition from our existing learning platform (Cimoio), help ensure stable operations, and contribute to the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of our future learning solution. Longer term, you will take ownership of the Learning Management System, managing releases, coordinating configuration changes, safeguarding data quality, enhancing reporting capabilities, and driving user adoption. You will partner with People and Organisational Development, Functional Academies and IT to translate defined learning standards and processes into effective LMS configurations, ensuring the platform delivers reliable, scalable learning experiences to a global workforce.
What you'll bring
You bring three or more years of hands-on experience administering, configuring, or supporting a Learning Management System, such as SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Moodle, or comparable enterprise learning platforms. You understand HR processes well enough to interpret requirements from academies and business stakeholders, and you translate them into robust system solutions rather than absorbing them as your own. You are analytical, structured and comfortable owning a platform end to end. You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues, remain composed during complex migrations, and take pride in building learning technology that people genuinely rely on. Experience within an international, matrixed environment will help you succeed.
Why KUKA Group
Digital HR at KUKA is a place where specialist expertise is respected and given room to lead. You will work alongside colleagues who value clarity, precision and shared accountability, within a group that combines engineering heritage with a serious commitment to modern, AI-supported HR technology.
