Make an impact
• Prepare and optimize HR data using MS Power Query.
• Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI to visualize HR metrics.
• Conduct strategic analysis to support workforce planning and performance management.
• Collaborate with the Global HR team to identify data needs and share insights.
• Stay current with analytics trends and seek opportunities to improve processes.
What you need to succeed
- Degree in Business Analytics, HR, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and quantitative foundation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Query, and Power BI (or willingness to learn).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive mindset with commitment to learning and innovation.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
