Make an impact

As our Controls Service Manager you will be responsible for managing our Controls Service team in the Nordics, currently 8 engineers spread across 3 different locations. You will ensure that your team delivers control services to all our Nordic customers with the best possible outcome. You will work closely with other internal teams and stakeholders and report to the Head of CS Nordic.
 

Your main tasks will be:

  • You will engage and motivate your team to deliver the best possible service and ensure maximum uptime of our installed equipment according to our service level agreements.
  • You will be responsible for people management and build an effective team with a strong focus on customer service.
  • You will secure organizational readiness for new and existing technology together with our Controls Operations Manager.
  • You will support Sales and Account Management with controls technical solutions, estimates and planning for CS projects.
  • You will together with your team identify customer needs and increase profitability by growing our Controls Service offerings with existing customers.

 

As you will be leading people working on call and out of regular working hours to solve acute problems, you will also be expected to be flexible to support your team when needed.

What you need to succeed

  • University degree in Automation / Engineering or equivalent.
  • You are fluent in both Swedish and English and hold a valid driver's license.
  • You have previous experience in the field of Controls and Automation in a customer focused environment.  
  • We believe that you have previous experience of leading teams, and a strong people-focus.
  • We consider it meritorious if you have experience of Intralogistics and Material handling technology and solutions.
  • We would be very happy if you have training and certifications in Health and Safety and experience in setting and controlling budgets.
