Make an impact
- Develop, update, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and IFRS-compliant directives,
- monitor and interpret changes in IFRS and other relevant regulations to ensure timely policy updates,
- conduct internal audits and spot checks across finance operations to assess adherence to policies and controls,
- collaborate with internal departments to provide guidance and training on financial compliance requirements,
- identify areas of non-compliance or risk and recommend corrective actions,
- prepare clear audit reports and policy documentation for senior management and regulatory bodies,
- support external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and insights,
- promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement across the finance function.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred,
- minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on policy development, regulatory compliance, and internal controls,
- strong knowledge of IFRS,
- excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills,
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams,
- proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus,
- high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
