Make an impact
- Design and modify mechanical components and assemblies using Siemens NX,
- Create and maintain CAD models and technical drawings for production,
- Support and optimize manufacturing processes,
- Develop and update work instructions and process documentation,
- Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to solve technical issues,
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen),
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify efficiency opportunities regarding cycle times,
- Support SAP-related tasks (BOM management, routing, material master data),
- Prepare technical presentations and reports,
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations (e.g. ISO, EN),
- Identify and mitigate potential safety risks in manufacturing processes.
What you need to succeed
- University degree in mechanical engineering (MSc) or manufacturing technology,
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position,
- Experience in CAD modeling, especially in Siemens NX environment,
- Ability to interpret and create technical drawings,
- User-level knowledge of SAP (material management, bill of materials, production processes) and MS Office,
- Manufacturing process knowledge (preferably in sheet metal processing, bending technologies, welding, assembly processes or surface treatment),
- Strong English knowledge,
- Willing to travel occasionally.
