Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and selection processes, including job postings and candidate pre-screening
- Connecting with interviewers and candidates
- HR administration and document management
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Data recording and updating HR systems
- Assist in preparing reports and analyses
- Support events and employer branding activities
- Cooperate with the HR team on a daily basis
Requirements
- Ongoing full-time higher education studies in HR, Business, Economics or a related field
- Availability to work 16–30 hours per week from Monday to Friday with a flexible schedule in Füzesgyarmat
- Confident MS Office skills
- Accuracy and good organizational skills
- Good communication skills (both in Hungarian and English)
- Availability for at least 16 hours per week
- Willingness to work in Füzesgyarmat
