- Execute end-to-end accounting activities and month-end closing tasks in line with Group reporting requirements and deadlines,
- ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial data while maintaining compliance with IFRS, Group accounting policies, and local statutory regulations,
- prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting packages to support high-quality financial reporting,
- support statutory reporting, tax-related activities, and external audits by preparing required documentation and acting as a key contact for assigned areas,
- collaborate with Finance Operations, Controlling, Tax, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective financial processes and reporting,
- monitor and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and compliance procedures while ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs,
- support intercompany and transfer pricing activities in cooperation with central finance teams,
- contribute to process improvement, automation, and system implementation initiatives that enhance efficiency and strengthen financial operations.
What you need to succeed
- 4-10 years of professional experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, or General Ledger Accounting,
- strong knowledge of accounting principles, local GAAP requirements, and IFRS standards,
- experience with statutory reporting, financial statement preparation, and audit support activities,
- experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP, in an international or multinational environment,
- advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel,
- understanding of taxation processes and financial compliance requirements,
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail,
- ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet strict reporting deadlines,
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with external partners,
- fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
