Are you ready to take your engineering skills to the next level in a dynamic, high-tech environment? We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our customer site, Broman, in Kerava.

  • Represent Swisslog on-site at Broman, acting as the key point of contact for all system operations.
  • Perform breakdown maintenance and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on a range of automated systems including Pallet systems and conveyors, Monorail and light goods systems, Cyclone carriers and picking systems
  • Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
  • Manage spare parts using the maintenance system to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor system performance through integrated data tools and proactively reduce downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
  • Work in rotating shifts: Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm / 10pm - 6am.

What you need to succeed

  • You will need a vocational certificate in mechanical or electrical or automation.
  • Experience in a manufacturing facility or automated systems as a maintenance engineer / service technician.
  • Broad experience in electronics, control systems, mechanics, and pneumatics, with the ability to troubleshooting on PLC-controlled equipment.
  • General mechanical experience.
  • Experience in reporting and documentation.
  • Proficiency in using measuring equipment.
  • Good physical fitness and health to work at heights.
  • Proficiency in both Finnish and English - written and verbal.
