We are seeking a dedicated candidate to be responsible for our Customer accounts in Finland. You will work in a key position towards establishing better profitability, deeper relationships and creating mutual value towards our existing customers. You should have a passion for technology and sales, with a strong focus on building strong and long lasting relationships. You will be a part of an Account Management team in the Nordics (located in Finland) and report to Head of Account Management Nordic. This is a great opportunity to onboard with a cutting edge organisation, working with the latest technology in a growing and future prof market in Finland.
You will help our customers with project planning, as well as working together on the development of the customers long term and strategic plans. You will create requirement analysis and effectively converting and negotiating their demands and wishes to profitable and feasible offers and agreements.
You will be a part of a Nordic Account Team and work closely with other departments within Swisslog todevelop sales opportunities. Acting as the bridge between our customers and technical experts in our organization, focusing on delivering solutions with high customer value, according to our process.
What you need to succeed
- We hope that you have at least two years of relevant experience working within intralogistics / automation and warehouse solutions with customer contact.
- The successful candidate has a degree/diploma, within automation or within an other technical area or experience from technical sales.
- Good knowledge of material handling products, preferably with a focus on Hardware, but Software experience is also appreciated.
- Experience from working with project based solutions.
- We believe that you have a passion for technical solutions and the ability to create long lasting and successful relationships.
- You are fluent in both Finnish and English. Applicants must communicate openly, effectively and consistently with all stakeholder groups.
- To be successful as an Account Manager you need to be independent, able to motivate yourself, resilient and goal oriented. You always strive to build long term relationships with customers as well as within your organization. You work in a structured and systematic manner, following procedures and processes. You are service-minded and understand the importance of high customer satisfaction.
