- Je verzorgt field service engineering support en onderhoud voor onze klanten in Nederland en België.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van geavanceerde material handling apparatuur zoals palletkranen, conveyors en robotica systemen.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de systemen van de klant te allen tijde optimaal blijven functioneren en dat alle relevante instructies en technische normen worden nageleefd.
- Je speelt een sleutelrol binnen de Customer Service organisatie.
Zo bereikt u uw doel
- Een werktuigbouwkundige achtergrond met vaardigheden op het gebied van electro
- Kunnen aantonen dat je overweg kunt met normaal hand- en elektrisch gereedschap
- In staat om meerdere taken tegelijkertijd uit te voeren
- Goede vaardigheden op het gebied van klantenservice, waaronder het kunnen communiceren op alle niveaus
- Gegevens en informatie kunnen analyseren om oplossingen te helpen ontwikkelen
- Bereid zijn om standby-diensten te draaien en buiten de normale werktijden te werken na 1 jaar succesvolle inwerkperiode.
- In staat zijn om op hoogte te werken, de meeste van onze magazijnen zijn 35 meter hoog.
Ideaal
- Enkele jaren werkervaring in een geautomatiseerde industriële of geautomatiseerde material handling omgeving.
- In staat om foutcodes in PLC's te lezen en te vinden.
