Make an impact

In this position, your key tasks are:


  • Own and manage dedicated technical topics and development tasks

  • Create and coordinate work packages for internal and external resources

  • Develop and maintain electrical schematics for standard machines 

  • Drive standardization across electrical solutions and machine types 

  • Lead technical development projects and cross functional initiatives

  • Ensure proper documentation, drawings, and product updates

  • Propose and evaluate new technologies, improvements, and project ideas 

  • Drive process excellence and quality by continuously improving engineering workflows and ensuring standard adherence

What you need to succeed

  • Professional background in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with EPLAN

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in product or project engineering

  • Ability to manage complex technical projects and external partners

  • Strong technical understanding and structured, logical thinking

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to lead small teams

  • Fluent in English
