Make an impact
In this position, your key tasks are:
Own and manage dedicated technical topics and development tasks
Create and coordinate work packages for internal and external resources
Develop and maintain electrical schematics for standard machines
Drive standardization across electrical solutions and machine types
Lead technical development projects and cross functional initiatives
Ensure proper documentation, drawings, and product updates
Propose and evaluate new technologies, improvements, and project ideas
Drive process excellence and quality by continuously improving engineering workflows and ensuring standard adherence
What you need to succeed
- Professional background in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with EPLAN
2 - 3 years of experience in product or project engineering
Ability to manage complex technical projects and external partners
Strong technical understanding and structured, logical thinking
Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to lead small teams
Fluent in English
