As we are growing we are looking for a Costumer Service Consultant to join our Romanian team. You are our person if:   

 

 You thrive in business environment and like communication.   
 You hold a degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.  
 You’re a natural presenter, ready to represent our brand with confidence.  
 In our global company, effective English communication is essential.  
 You enjoy travelling and have a valid driver’s license (Category B).  

 

You will be part of Customer Service team, closely cooperating with the Account Managers and Service Technicians and become a trusted partner in robotics for our clients. Beyond just selling the service contracts, you’ll advise on process optimization, service, and offer training.
