Make an impact
In this strategic role, you will:
- Lead the creation of blueprint content, including documentation, tools, and training materials, enabling global standardization and more efficient sales and execution phases.
- Provide expert guidance to Swisslog business units, leveraging your deep logistics and solution-design expertise.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Management, Simulation, System Engineering, and Product Development to jointly shape and refine Blueprint components.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer by delivering webinars, workshops, and training sessions for regional teams.
- Contribute to Project Design Reviews at various levels, ensuring solution quality and alignment with standards.
What you need to succeed
- Master’s degree in Logistics, Business Engineering, System Engineering, or a related field
- 8–10 years of experience in logistics or fulfillment consulting, operations management, business modeling, or solution design
- Strong background in process engineering, concept development, and solution visualization
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex information and translate it into actionable insights
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Expertise in building Excel models (ROI, flow, inventory/stock models)
- A collaborative mindset, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Practical experience with intralogistics operations (retail distribution, e-commerce fulfillment), automated material handling systems, and warehouse management software
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%) to Swisslog offices
