Senior Manager (m/f/d) Test, Verification and Simulation

The Teamlead (m/f/d) Test, Verification & Simulation organizes and conducts product tests, ensuring all system components are ready. Supporting product development and engineering, you’ll assemble compliant test systems, independently execute tests, and document results to improve our processes. You’ll also provide FEM simulation services company-wide, enhancing testing accuracy with numerical insights.
Make an impact
- Lead the team of approximately 10 test engineers located in Sweden, Germany and Austria
- Coordinate product testing, defining procedures to ensure product quality and compliance
- Independently conduct various tests, document results, and integrate insights into development
- Manage timelines, costs, and resources for testing, maintaining quality across test areas
- Prepare test areas for training and provide expertise in FEM simulations to support projects company-wide
- Document all simulation services, including reporting, cost analysis and improvement recommendations
What you need to succeed
- 3-5 years of experience as a senior engineer, with knowledge of project management
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or related field, with a focus on product development or production
- Experienced with R&D processes and project management
- Knowledgeable across multiple disciplines, including mechanics, electronics and software
- Fluency in English, German is preferable
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%) to our Swisslog test centers in Sweden, Germany and Austria
