Make an impact
- As a Master Data Specialist (m/f/d), you define, establish, and manage the Master Data Management organization. You will work on this and the following taks from our modern office as weel as from your home office
- You build, test, and document data maintenance prosses, templates, and workflows. In addition, you will map these processes within the Swisslog process landscape, aligning them with business activities and objects
- Moreover, you will develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and guidelines. You ensure adherence to the policies across master data systems
- Your task will be to lead the overall data governance strategy included the coordination of the policy-related tasks with various business units
- You are responsible to collaborate closely with business users to ensure seamless data support between systems and to train users on data utilization
- Furthermore, you will implement data quality reconciliation and monitoring processes within existing or re-engineered workflows to support the data governance strategy
- You will create compelling business cases for data governance initiatives and align these cases with organizational bottom-line objectives related to data management and delivery
- You have fun to evaluate data governance services based on KPIs
What you need to succeed
- Your profile is based on a bachelor's degree or comparable experience in Computer Science, IT or in equivalent qualification
- You gained knowledge in technical architecture design. In addition, you have a good understanding of technology tools and components in systems architecture
- Your strong characteristics are shown in interpersonal skills, attention to details and time management
- You have proven experience (+2 years) in data management
- Ideally, you communicate openly and consistently with all stakeholders
- Your profile is complemented by fluent English skills
