You will take the lead in creating and managing opportunities in SalesForce, teaming up with regional Account Managers to ensure alignment with the sales process and accurate data entry.

Your focus will be on reviewing asset data collection in the asset management database, pinpointing areas for improvement, and driving efforts to enhance data quality.

Step into the role of dashboard creator by developing effective tracking systems in SalesForce and PowerBI, ensuring the CS retrofit sales funnel is monitored with predefined KPIs.

Be ready to assist the Head of Modernization Services EMEA with planning and executing regional alignment meetings, making sure they are well organized and productive.

Join the effort to craft templates and standards for identified target concepts, ensuring processes remain consistent and efficient.

You will play a key role in designing impactful sales presentations and documentation.

Take responsibility for maintaining and updating the modernization SharePoint site as well as the Viva Engage exchange platform, fostering collaboration and ensuring resources are accessible.
What you need to succeed
- You are a student within Sales, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar and are looking for valuable experience during your studies.
- A strong understanding of sales processes will help you contribute effectively and achieve impactful results
- Having worked as a student in a matrix organization is desired.
- Experiences with AI tools, whether in a previous job or personal interests, will help you work efficiently.
- You are an open-minded, supportive, and proactive person who is able to work harmoniously with colleagues and foster a positive team environment.
- Reliability, ownership, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential traits for the position.
- You have solid skills in MS Office 365, especially PowerPoint.
- Clear and transparent updates on work progress and tasks are highly valued for building trust within the team.
- Lastly, strong command of the English language is essential for effective communication, both written and verbal, in a professional environment
