As the Products & Solutions Marketing Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a critical role in leading and driving the marketing efforts for our innovative portfolio of automated solutions. You will shape the go-to-market strategy, create compelling narratives, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful positioning and promotion of our solutions in the market.

• One of your main task will be to develop comprehensive product and solution marketing strategy aligned with company goals and market trends. You will work on this and the following topics hybrid from our modern office in Dortmund as well as from your home office.
• Additionally, you will utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize strategies for better results.
• Another crucial responsibility will be to create and execute go-to-market plans for new products & solutions, including launch activities, messaging, and sales enablement tools.
• An important part of the role is to provide Sales teams with the necessary tools and resources to efficiently communicate solution value to prospects and customers. 
• Furthermore, you will work with the Business Intelligence team to conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. 
• Moreover, you will collaborate with content teams to create a variety of marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, videos, and presentations.
• Finally, you will monitor and measure the effectiveness of product & solution marketing campaigns and initiatives, and utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize strategies for better results.
   

What you need to succeed

• A proven track record of at least 10 years in product & solution marketing.
• You have the ability to influence and implement global marketing strategies.
• In addition, you possess strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Your profile is based on an analytical mindset to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize future campaigns to determine the highest ROI.
• Others appreciate your outstanding communication skills and strong teamwork ethic. 
• You are process-driven and willing to take ownership.
