As a Global Communications Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in guiding our internal communication strategies through a company-wide transformation, ensuring that our values and mission are at the heart of everything we do.
This role can be based out of our office in Dortmund or be based remotely from a home office with travel to the office when necessary.
What you’ll do:
- Shape Internal Communications: Develop and implement strategic communication plans that effectively convey key messages during our transformation journey, keeping all employees informed and engaged.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with various departments to ensure unified messaging and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration throughout the organization.
- Craft Compelling Narratives: Create engaging content that articulates our vision for transformation and inspires employees to embrace change.
- Promote Team Spirit: Enhance employee engagement by highlighting success stories, team achievements, and opportunities for collaboration across the company.
- Lead Change Communications: Drive communication initiatives that support our transformation goals, making sure that updates and progress are communicated clearly and effectively.
- Collect Feedback and Measure Impact: Utilize employee feedback and metrics to continuously improve communication effectiveness and ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.
What you need to succeed
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in internal communications, change management communications, or a related field.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills that resonate with colleagues at all levels.
- Proven experience in managing communications during organizational change initiatives.
- An ability to create engaging content that reflects a positive culture and encourages collaboration.
