Make an impact
- Manage support tickets from local marketing teams, assist with recurring digital marketing tasks, and ensure consistent implementation of central marketing governance, tools, and standards
- validate automated email journeys, support email creation, troubleshoot technical issues, and help optimize digital marketing automation workflows for accuracy and performance,
- maintain SharePoint pages for internal communication, contribute to content updates, and support internal content creation for corporate or business segment needs,
- provide operational support for lead capture tools used at trade fairs and events, assisting with setup, testing, troubleshooting, and post-event data handling,
- extract and prepare analytics for website, email, and campaign performance, maintain dashboards and recurring reports,
- identify trends or optimization opportunities to support data‑driven decision-making,
- execute operational SEO tasks, monitor keyword and competitor performance, clean up technical SEO issues, and provide keyword research and content briefs while supporting local SEO initiatives across countries and segments,
- monitor domains and subdomains for potential trademark or copyright issues and collaborate with Brand and Legal to ensure adherence to corporate and legal standards.
What you need to succeed
- Completed vocational training in business or a comparable commercial qualification (e.g., commercial assistant/clerk/administration),
- first to intermediate experience in digital marketing operations,
- basic understanding of web analytics, SEO, marketing automation, and CMS tools,
- comfortable working with data, digital processes, and user journeys,
- familiarity with ticketing or project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Freshservice, or similar,
- analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving,
- friendly, clear, and reliable communication; ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
- structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven work style,
- excellent ability to prioritize and manage parallel requests.
