The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for developing data‑driven replenishment strategies, supporting demand forecasting, and maintaining optimal inventory levels for spare parts and purchased materials. This role integrates master‑scheduling principles—such as demand planning, inventory management, parameter optimization, and supply analysis—to ensure product availability, service continuity, and operational efficiency. The Analyst also supports Engineering Change (ECN) processes and coordinates end‑of‑life (EOL) activities.

- Develop and maintain replenishment schedules and planning parameters including safety stock, reorder points, lead times, and order quantities.
- Evaluate supply risk and recommend action plans to prevent stockouts, expedite critical items, or mitigate excess inventory.
- Review MRP signals to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and inventory objectives.
- Monitor inventory health and performance metrics, including slow‑moving, excess, critical spares, and aging inventory.
- Support optimization initiatives to improve inventory turns while maintaining service-level commitments.
- Analyze variances between forecasted and actual consumption and recommend adjustments.
- Review ECNs affecting purchased or spare‑parts items and assess supply‑chain implications.
- Coordinate updates to planning data, item master attributes, and replenishment strategies to support smooth transitions.
- Participate in EOL evaluations and planning efforts to support service obligations and ensure supply continuity.
- Communicate EOL timelines and impacts to relevant teams.
- Prepare reports and dashboards that track inventory performance, supplier delivery metrics, supply risks, and replenishment KPIs.
