Make an impact
The Digital Content Manager is accountable for developing clear and concise marketing and sales support content, in collaboration with Product Management and the Marketing Managers, according to marketing plans. This role communicates the voice of the customer and the voice of Product Management in developing positioning and messaging for solutions and services and provides copy and content that achieves marketing goals and objectives.
Responsibilites:
- Collaborates on North America marketing strategy and marketing activities for Swisslog Healthcare portfolio; including, but not limited to, brand voice and compliance, social media, events, advertising, public relations, integrated campaigns, collateral, email marketing
- Works with Product Management and Marketing team members to design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
- Executes content marketing initiatives against Marketing plan to achieve business targets
- Works with design team to produce high-quality deliverables according to plan
- Directs internal and external resources in the development of marketing deliverables
- Edits, proofreads and improves content to meet Marketing goals and objectives
- Produce high-quality articles, white papers, blogs, press releases, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, survey reports and web copy.
- Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with our company’s tone and mission.
- Write clean, concise, well-polished copy.
- Edit content, including conceptualizing the projects upfront, collaborating on assigned projects and overseeing development and copy-editing prior to publishing.
- Continuously measure and improve content performance; create reports and dashboards leveraging Google Analytics, HubSpot and social media analytics tools.
- Build and maintain editorial calendar and written guidelines.
- Maintain brand standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial calendar.
- Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product’s core benefits properly and consistently.
- Interact with content specialists, graphic designers and internal team members to create and review all content and ensure consistent message.
- Push the business to adopt better content creation practices, thought leadership strategies, and cobranded partner materials.
- Frequently test new content formats and distribution channels, including formal A/B testing and Champion/Challenger tactics.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
What you need to succeed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing communications, preferably in healthcare
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, journalism or relevant field
- Superb writing skills, with experience writing blogs, articles, white papers, press releases, case studies and email marketing campaigns
- Proven success in developing content for a well-educated, solutions-oriented audience
- High-energy, self-starting individual who will thrive in a team environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated understanding of healthcare market and hospital operations
- Project management skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer focus and ability to be an influencer, both internally and externally
- Hands-on experience in social media platforms
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications and Content Management Software
- Ability to work and collaborate in a dynamic environment with multiple projects under tight deadlines simultaneously
Desirable but not Essential:
- Work experience as a clinician or allied health professional in a hospital setting
Salary range for this position is $76,000 - $90,000. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skillset. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical / dental / vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, disability, 401k matching (up to 8%).
