Make an impact

Primary goals for this role include:

  • Develop and optimize production processes
  • Develop and optimize production layout
  • Draw up/ update process documents (work instructions, Bill of Material, Lay-out, Visual Standard)
  • Manage cost and time constraints
  • Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
  • Implementation of lean manufacturing principles 

What you need to succeed

To be successful in the role we are looking for: 

  • Mechanical/Electric/Industrial Engineering degree
  • Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience on Lean Project
  • Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes and electric wiring
  • 2D e 3D CAD competences
  • Previous experience in process or manufacturing engineering
  • Good English spoken and written
