Make an impact
- Provide first-level support for CPQ-related questions and issues, ensuring timely and professional assistance to internal users,
- Manage and resolve support tickets while maintaining a high level of service quality and user satisfaction,
- Analyze reported issues, propose solutions, and coordinate escalations when further investigation is required,
- Maintain and configure products, pricing structures, and configuration rules within the CPQ system,
- Support the creation and maintenance of product models, configuration logic, and system data to ensure consistency and reliability,
- Contribute to system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with Product Owners and development teams,
- Support testing activities by executing test cases, validating system functionality, and documenting results and defects,
- Help ensure the quality and stability of new releases through structured testing and verification processes.
What you need to succeed
- 1-3 years of experience with CPQ systems, business applications, or application support,
- Basic understanding of product configuration, pricing structures, and business processes,
- Experience with ticketing systems and user support activities,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve issues,
- Service-oriented mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills,
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams,
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
