Make an impact

  • Develop and manage technical documents, including user manuals, installation guides, and maintenance procedures for AMR,
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to gather and analyze technical information for documentation purposes,
  • Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to both technical and non-technical users,
  • Review and edit documentation for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards,
  • Conduct usability testing of documentation and gather feedback for continuous improvement,
  • Maintain an organized repository of all technical documentation and ensure version control.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in Engineering, Technical Communication, or related,
  • More than two years of experience in technical writing or documentation in the robotics or technology sector,
  • Familiarity with AMR systems and related technologies is preferred,
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail,
  • Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g. CAD, Visio, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar),
  • English language knowledge.
