Make an impact
- Act as the primary technical expert and support lead for SAP SuccessFactors within the organization,
- manage the configuration, testing, and maintenance of core SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance & Goals,
- collaborate with HR andIT stakeholders to analyze needs, propose solutions, and implement enhancements in SAP SuccessFactors,
- perform system audits and data validation to ensure data quality and compliance,
- support system upgrades, patching, and feature rollouts in coordination with global IT and HR teams,
- develop technical documentation, user guides, and provide end-user training as needed,
- leverage reporting and analytics tools within SAP SuccessFactors to support business intelligence and decision-making,
- monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues, working closely with vendors or internal teams as required,
- stay abreast of new SAP SuccessFactors features, integrations, and industry trends to propose future system improvements.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. HR degree with strong IT experience will also be considered,
- minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors,
- experience in system configuration, testing, and support within a corporate environment,
- solid understanding of core HR processes and data flows,
- analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving,
- strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
