Make an impact
- Act as the central technical contact for the globally operating Key Account Team (with a focus on Tier1 customers in Hungary) and serve as the interface between the customer, sales, product management, and development throughout the entire product lifecycle,
- Analyze technical issues and inquiries during commissioning and production phases and coordinate corrective actions in the field,
- Acquire, coordinate, and independently execute customer-specific (sub-) projects in collaboration with the relevant departments,
- Support the expansion and improvement of international project activities – with a particular focus on Tier1 customers in Hungary.
What you need to succeed
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent technical qualification,
- Experience in automation systems or mechanical and plant engineering is an advantage,
- Analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Knowledge of CRM Systems (e.g. Salesforce) desirable,
- High customer orientation and ability to work independently,
- Team player with excellent communication skills,
- Fluency in Hungarian and very good English skills (spoken and written); German is a plus,
- Willingness to do short business trips within Hungary and occasionally to international locations,
- Ability to work in a decentralized setup and integrate smoothly with the Augsburg team,
- Willingness to travel to Augsburg from time to time for knowledge exchange.
