Make an impact
- Supporting the International Assignments Department Augsburg concerning administrative activities related to the assignments abroad,
- setting up miscellaneous letters on request such as invitation letters, support letters, employment confirmation letters,
- preparation of certificates such as confirmations with reard to the international health insurance,
- setting up letters on request for the tax authorities,
- preparations of letters for the payment of the reference salary for Switzerland based on the posted worker notifications,
- preparation of payment instructions to the Accounting Department,
- preparation of employment references in German with technical support from the reference generator,
- clarification with the line manager in the event of incomplete evaluation of the appraisal form,
- contact person for queries regarding the content of the reference created.
What you need to succeed
- Education in the field of business administration or similar,
- at least 2 years of experience in international assignments or global mobility,
- very good English and German skills both written and spoken,
- knowledge of SAP HR, MS Office,
- reliable, motivated and swift way of working,
- good communication skills.
