Make an impact
- Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment processes,
- performing initial screening telephone interviews and conducting interviews,
- collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workforce planning and recruitment needs across different business units,
- utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent for a variety of roles,
- analyze recruitment metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and deliver insights to stakeholders.
What you need to succeed
- University or College degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar field of study,
- minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and engaging candidates,
- experience in EMEA sourcing and recruitment, including on the agency side across various sectors,
- fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- proven track record of successfully recruiting for various positions in a fast-paced environment,
- exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
