Make an impact
- Development, operation and continuous improvement of the global R&D DevSecOps platform hosted on Azure Cloud and VMWare
- Design, implementation, operation and optimization of Azure DevOps-based CI/CD pipelines, build agents and reusable pipeline templates to ensure reliable, scalable and secure software delivery
- Administration and operation of Black Duck Software Composition Analysis (SCA), including SBOM generation, vulnerability management and component governance
- Management of open-source license compliance and software supply chain security controls throughout the software development lifecycle
- Operation and enhancement of the Elastic Cloud and Kibana SaaS platform, including monitoring, observability and security reporting for DevOps services, Kubernetes environments and build infrastructure
- Development of automation solutions and Python-based tooling to standardize build, testing, validation and security processes across development teams
- Design and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform to provision, manage and standardize cloud and platform resources
- Implementation and maintenance of platform security controls, secrets management and secure configuration practices across cloud and container environments
- Ensure platform availability, performance, scalability and operational excellence through proactive monitoring, automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive effective cross-functional collaboration across global teams using agile methodologies and DevOps best practices
What you need to succeed
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and software delivery automation
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and cloud platform administration
- Solid scripting and automation skills, preferably in Python
- Experience with Kubernetes, platform security, secrets management, and secure cloud operations
- Knowledge of software supply chain security, vulnerability management, SBOMs, and open-source governance (preferred BlackDuck)
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and logging solutions, ideally Elastic Cloud and Kibana
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English and experience working in Agile, cross-functional, and global teams
