Make an impact
- Collect, structure, and analyze project and business data to increase transparency and support informed decision-making,
- develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs that reflect project status, resource usage, and roadmap progress
- translate business needs into reporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Automate),
- consolidate and verify incoming project requests, roadmaps, and status updates, acting as a proactive consulting partner,
- support and prepare project and portfolio steering platforms by providing data-driven input and visual insights,
- drive continuous improvement of reporting workflows, data quality, and PMO-related processes and tools,
- moderate steering meetings and align on project progress, capacity planning, and change implementation,
- create and maintain documentation, checklists, and tool usage guidelines to ensure consistency and support across teams
What you need to succeed
- BSc or MSc degree in technical, economic, or financial field,
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, PMO or consulting
- hands-on experience in data modeling, dashboard building, and process automation, ideally with Power BI and Power Platform tools,
- solid knowledge of project management methods and reporting structures,
- strong conceptual and analytical thinking with an eye for detail and structure
- experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Project Online is an advantage
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (German is a plus)
