The Technology Strategy Lead in the Corporate CTO Office plays a central role in providing strategic direction and guidance to business units within the organisation. As a key member of the team, the Technology Strategy Lead works with stakeholders to develop and implement technology strategies and assess feasibility.
Make an impact
- Develop a forward-looking technology strategy (mechatronic system) with AI at its core, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives and driving digital transformation and innovation
- Champion AI initiatives across the organization, identifying opportunities where AI can enhance processes, customer experiences, and decision-making. Promote the integration of AI tools and platforms across business functions
- Build and maintain the technology roadmap, with AI as a strategic pillar, prioritizing key initiatives and ensuring alignment across various functions
- Evaluate and recommend investments in emerging technologies, ensuring that innovation drives measurable business outcomes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to ensure that AI and other technology decisions support long-term business growth
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with AI vendors, start-ups, and industry players to ensure access to cutting-edge AI technologies
- Define metrics to track the success of AI and technology initiatives and ensure continuous improvement
- Program & Project management for approved initiatives in close collaboration with internal interface partner & external partner
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Over 8 years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or innovation leadership roles, with specific expertise in AI
- Strong understanding of AI ecosystems, including machine learning, data science, cloud computing, and related technologies (mechatronic systems)
- Experience working closely with senior leadership and driving strategic initiatives in large organizations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- English and Chinese (beneficial)
