- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des internen Transportteams nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung
- Analyse, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der innerbetrieblichen Warenflüsse
- Dokumentation und Standardisierung von Transportprozessen sowie Schulung der Mitarbeitenden
- Sicherstellung und Umsetzung aller sicherheitsrelevanten Maßnahmen inkl. Mitarbeiterschulungen
- Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Ladungssicherung
- Verantwortung für die Flurförderfahrzeuge (FFZ):
- Analyse und Optimierung des Fahrzeugbestands
- Regelmäßiges Reporting der Betriebskosten
What you need to succeed
- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik / Supply Chain Management
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Führung von Teams (>10 Mitarbeitende)
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Flurförderfahrzeugen und deren Einsatzplanung
- Offenheit für neue Technologien (z. B. fahrerlose Transportsysteme / AGVs)
