Make an impact

  • Responsible for the KUKA Autonomous Mobile Robot (KMP, KMR) portfolio

  • Responsible for the market roll-out of the KUKA Mobile Platform (KMP) portfolio outside China

  • Collect and address the needs regarding navigation and fleet management software

  • Responsible for the entire product life cycle of the KMP/KMR portfolio including market entry and exit strategies

  • Understand customer pains

  • Derive and validate customer and market requirements together with Robotics Sales Regions

  • Monitor competition and collect market trends

  • Develop and prioritize product strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with AMR Business Development and Chinese counterpart

  • Involve stakeholders to define product requirements

  • Monitor product performance and define measures to ensure market success, profitability, and competitiveness

  • Maintain Business Cases Updated

  • Create, develop, and align value propositions and feature sets for each delivery stage of the AMR portfolio

  • Support and align the sales package (training, eLearnings, Webinars, presentations, demos, etc.) for the complete Mobile Robot and Mobile Platform systems (consisting of mechatronic as well as software components)

  • Develop success stories together with marketing and the first customers to push the global rollout for both KMR and KMP systems

  • Establish a feedback channel to consider the customer information within the further development for both KMR and KMP systems

  • Propose and remain involved in product pricing process for both KMRs and KMPs working closely with sales support department GSO department

  • Ensure close alignment with Customer Service Department to support product roll-out for both KMR and KMP systems

What you need to succeed

  • Master degree in engineering, science or business engineering

  • 3 to 5 years professional experience in robotics technical business and/or product management

  • Market Knowledge in Automation/Robotics needed

  • Profound Product Management and Project Management skills

  • Knowledge of Product Development processes

  • Communication, presentation and moderation skills

  • Marketing knowledge

  • Managerial skills

  • Traveling / mobility

  • Intercultural skills

  • Fluent in English
