Wahrnehmung der Rolle als globaler Prozess-Owner (GPO) für den Bereich des Management-Accountings und -Reportings:
- Entwicklung und Abstimmung eines ganzheitlichen Ansatzes für die Management Accounting und Reporting-Prozesse für die KUKA‑Gruppe
- Sicherstellung der Datenintegration zwischen Fiscal- und Management-Accounting
- Gestaltung, Standardisierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung globaler FP&A‑Prozesse für die KUKA‑Gruppe
- Förderung der segmentübergreifenden Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit entsprechenden Business Process Experts
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den GPOs der angrenzenden Finanzbereiche RTR, PTP, OTC
- Definition von Governance‑ und Change‑Prozessen zur Umsetzung des globalen Prozessframeworks
- Weiterentwicklung der Financial‑Systems‑Roadmap basierend auf Integrationsplänen, in enger Kooperation mit IT‑Architekten und Partnern
- Gewährleistung der Ausrichtung am Finance‑Datenmodell und der Datenstrategie als Grundlage für die Systemintegration
- Sicherstellung aktueller und korrekter Prozessdokumentationen und funktionale Anforderungsspezifikationen für Systemimplementierungen
- Steuerung globaler Systemlösungen zur maximalen Automatisierung
- Definition, Implementierung und Überwachung von Prozess‑KPIs und Analysen zur Identifikation und Lösung von Problemen
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder Accounting
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling, FP&A oder in verwandten Funktionen
- Erfahrung in Unternehmen der Fertigungsindustrie oder im Projektgeschäft von Vorteil
- Hohe Kompetenz in ERP‑Systemen (SAP oder vergleichbar), Planungstools und BI‑Umgebungen
- Fundiertes Wissen über Rechnungslegungsstandards sowie Best Practices im Management Accounting und in Planungsprozessen großer, globaler Unternehmen
- Nachweisliche Erfolge in Prozessverbesserungen und der Umsetzung globaler Change‑Initiativen
- Exzellente Kommunikations- und Stakeholder‑Management‑Fähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
