Make an impact
- Project Delivery:
Deliver medium- to large-scale and high complexity Software projects, including fully integrated solutions. Work within an established project management plan and manage projects to schedule, cost, scope, and quality commitments. - Project Planning:
Produce project plans, ensuring all activities are identified for the full project lifecycle and are appropriately organized to deliver project deliverables and objectives. - Schedule Management:
Maintain a current and accurate project schedule and ensure on time project delivery to contractual milestones. - Cost Management:
Control SW project costs and deliver to the contractual budget. Complete accurate monthly project forecasting, including overrun alerts. Anticipate cost implications and take appropriate actions. - Project Reporting & Review:
Draft project review reports and presentations, including key information, commentary, and recommendations, to support the review process and enable stakeholders to evaluate progress and agree on change. - Project Risk and Issue Management:
Identify, evaluate, and record risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating matters where appropriate. Where necessary, develop, agree on, and implement solutions to overcome these concerns. - Project Team Management:
Lead medium to large project teams; communicate the necessary outcomes and the direction required to achieve them; coordinate team actions on project tasks; request additional team member support when needed; and identify areas of improvement to build the capability of the team - Stakeholder Management (internal and extrernal):
Deliver stakeholder engagement activities to support the development of effective working relationships for projects and to identify and respond to stakeholder needs and concerns. - Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to reviewing existing policies and procedures and generate new ideas toi assist in identifying continuous improvements.
What you need to succeed
- Senior level experience in Logistics Automation and/or Material Handling Systems industry as a Project Manager or SImilar role
- Senior level experience as a SOftware Project Manager
- Senior level experience in leading Software Delivery projects
