Make an impact
Revenue Strategy:
- Support in the develop and communication of clear revenue growth strategy aligned with the organization's business goals.
- Identify market trends, customer needs by persona, and competitive insights to shape revenue strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Sales and Marketing Alignment:
- Foster collaboration and alignment between Sales, Marketing & Customer Service to maximize lead generation and conversion.
- Support in the development of sales enablement strategies to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
Sales and Marketing Operations:
- Lead the sales team in optimizing Go-To-Market processes, tools, and technologies.
- Define and monitor metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
Revenue Performance Metrics:
- Establish and track key revenue performance metrics and targets.
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor progress and communicate results to leadership.
Customer Insights:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, preferences, and behaviors to refine revenue strategies.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase customer lifetime value.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions regarding revenue growth and customer behavior.
- Apply data-driven insights to refine pricing, product offerings, and customer segmentation.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop the tools and track the department's cost of sale, ensuring a proper balance of resource to opportunity.
- Monitor costs and seek cost-saving process and tooling opportunities
Additional tasks (may vary by region/country)
- Develop partnerships with unique value proposition to support Swisslog’s business
- Maintain current network within the material handling and logistic industry
- Promote the Company's capabilities to secure sales opportunities
- Prepare and hold professional presentations using PowerPoint
What you need to succeed
Essential:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
- Experience: At least 5 years of proven success in revenue operations. A strong understanding of sales process and KPI’s CRM, analytics tools, and marketing automation. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent written and oral skills
- Strong understanding and experience with Salesforce CRM (Certified preferred)
- Strong Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools.
- Intent based tracking applications (Demandbase a plus)
- AI‑powered Revenue Orchestration Platform (Clari a plus)
- Professional presentation skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, modeling, template generation for CRM data export
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data structures
- Experience managing large datasets with high data quality, validation, normalization, and governance standards.
