At Swisslog, we're designing and delivering some of the world's most advanced warehouse automation solutions. As a Project Scheduler, you'll help shape how these projects come to life before execution even begins.
You'll partner with Solution Design, Engineering, Sales, Project Management, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning teams to build realistic and optimized project schedules for complex automation systems. Your work will directly influence customer proposals, delivery strategies, risk management, and executive decision-making.
From robotic fulfillment centers to large-scale automated warehouses, you'll help transform concepts into executable plans that drive successful project outcomes for customers around the globe.
What you need to succeed
We're looking for a strategic planner who enjoys solving complex challenges and creating clarity in fast-moving environments.
You may be a great fit if you have:
- 7+ years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, project management, or a related field.
- Experience developing schedules for complex engineering, automation, construction, manufacturing, or capital projects.
- Advanced knowledge of project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Strong critical path analysis, forecasting, and schedule risk management capabilities.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across multiple teams.
- A passion for continuous improvement and turning project complexity into actionable plans.
Experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics, robotics, material handling, or pre-sales project planning is highly valued.
