Make an impact
CI Culture:
- Drive the Culture on CI throughout the Swisslog organization with focus on Americas by means of supporting trained Facilitors.
- Apply the global toolbox for CI methods to support all initiatives and ensure a successful implementation.
Improvement Initiatives:
- Support the definition of CI initiatives with focus on the Americas organization in close collaboration with the Facilitators who will drive the initiatives.
Community of practices:
- Establish and maintain a community and network of the Facilitators.
- Share the know-how and experience with other CI colleagues in the organization, like Sales, Realization, Supply Chain, etc.
Business Improvement Progress Reporting and Steering :
- Establish and lead a Steering Committee to provide transparency and enable timely decision and updates on Americas initiatives as required. The steering includes reporting on defined KPIs, incl. risk management.
- Track and follow-up all initiatives in the Americas Organization to ensure the effectiveness and timely completion in close collaboration with the individual owners of the initiatives and Global Business Improvement.
What you need to succeed
- 8-10 years of experiences in Operation, Management System, Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, practical experience in conducting Value Stream Mappings.
- Bachelors degree in related field
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- Industrial experience (Material handling, warehouse/distribution automation, robotics)
- Ability to travel 20-50%
