As a Marketing Manager for the Americas, you will play a critical role in driving our company's growth and expanding our customer base throughout this important market. Your strategic marketing expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth.

Make an impact

  • Align with the global marketing plan and regional management to formulate local marketing strategy and approaches 
  • Sparring partner in the Americas marketing team to discuss strategic campaign direction 
  • Responsible to manage marketing budgets for events and campaigns to ensure optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives
  • Implement and actively contribute to global marketing campaigns, including Account Based Marketing (ABM), locally adapted and implemented across Americas; including email marketing, digital advertising, social media, and events to generate leads and increase brand awareness
  • Collaborate with external partners to develop promotional activities that align with business objectives
  • Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights to improve future campaigns
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues across the globe to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
     

Day to Day Tasks:

  • Organize Swisslog external events and trade shows, following corporate design guidelines
  • Execute the media & PR plan
  • Maintain and develop content of online media (website) and social media platforms
  • Coordination and circulation of external marketing emails, nurture tracks and journeys via marketing automation and monitor the performance of different campaigns
  • Manage the production of reference marketing assets (movies, case studies, etc.), building strong relationships with customers
  • Perform and drive lead generation activities, share with the team and implement learnings to the next campaign
  • Support the Business Intelligence team with market data, continuously perform competitors’ analysis through further understanding of their websites and other channels; coordinate market intelligence with local sales team
  • Function as Salesforce super user; ensure accurate data is maintained on the CRM system, provide management with correct data when required
  • Success tracking and regular reporting of all marketing activities
     

What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing ideally in a software / technology field
  • A passion for robotics and automation
  • Understanding of Account Based Marketing programs
  • Strong teamwork ethic
  • Ability to influence and implement global marketing strategies  
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize future campaigns to determine the highest ROI
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work autonomously
  • Attention to detail, follow-up, and accountability
  • Be process-driven and willing to take ownership
