Make an impact

Reporting & Dashboard Development:

    • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that support sales pipeline visibility, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
    • Translate business requirements provided by the Rev Ops Leader into structured reporting outputs.
    • Ensure dashboards use standardized metrics, reliable data sources, and intuitive visual design.
    • Deliver concise visuals and commentary to support Sales and Marketing leadership reviews.

Data Connectedness & Data Infrastructure Support:

    • Partner with IT/Data teams to ensure the correct data from CRM/marketing automation/etc is pulled into our unified data lake and available
    • Monitor data pipelines to ensure continuity and troubleshoot issues that impact reporting.
    • Maintain documentation of data sources, definitions, and data flows.

CRM (Salesforce) Data Stewardship:

    • Support data hygiene efforts—duplicate identification, missing field remediation, account hierarchy maintenance, etc.
    • Assist in optimizing CRM fields, workflows, and validation rules to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
    • Provide basic user support to Sales teams on reporting, CRM usage best practices, and data requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to understand data needs and ensure reporting supports their workflows.
    • Assist in alignment between teams on KPI definitions, reporting calendars, and shared dashboards.
    •  Support sales enablement content by providing data needed for playbooks or performance reviews.

Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities to improve data systems, reporting automation, and insight generation.
    • Bring forward recommendations to the Rev Ops Leader around tool enhancements or new BI practices

Additonal tasks:

    • Prepare professional‑quality presentations using PowerPoint to summarize insights and analytical findings.
    • Assist in reviewing external benchmarks, competitive data, and industry trends to support sales strategy.
    • Support basic market or customer segmentation analysis.

 

 

What you need to succeed

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, revenue operations, or data analytics.
  • Hands‑on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization best practices).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar systems.
  • Basic understanding of data lake/warehouse concepts (ETL, SQL preferred).
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving ability.
  • Same industrial experience is plus.
